Outstanding selection and service.. went in for an $8 fishing rod holder and they helped me make two taller (what I wanted) holders for $12 and did the bevel cuts for free. Highly recommended.

Just needed a lightbulb. Clerk directed us to aisle four where there were many lightbulbs. Bonus.Went back to the clerk to get help. All he did was tell us what was written in the lightbulb. No help at all. We left the store. We'll go to Home Depot where help is readily available. Quite surprised by the very poor service.

Worst experience ever. The manager should be fired. I've been a licensed contractor in Sarasota County for 17 years. And I would drive a hr out of my way to go to another store where they treat customers with respect. Before going back to this Ace Hardware. If the corporate office did a little survey on the manager at this store. Im sure he would terminated immediately!!!

The store is well stocked with nice selections. However, the staff was rude and uninterested in being helpful.
We were purchasing beach umbrellas and kitchen items which we knew were a bit overpriced but we decided to pay for the convenience. They rung up the purchase and we asked if they wanted our Ace Rewards number. They said “No, it’s too late. You should have told us before we rung it up.” We asked them to please cancel and rering the sale. They refused. They do not appear to care about their customers. They appear to be doing us a favor.
