Loved the dedicated space to native Americans with the explanatory signs-enjoyed reading them each to our boys and thinking of what that space looked like thousands of years before (especially without the sound of the freeway 😂). Trail was great and easy to do with kids. Everything is blooming, overgrown, and beautiful!

I like to come here because there are trees providing shade and i could let my dog off-leash for its more tolerated here, which is very rare. But the downside is that there is a lot of trash here an there from probably homeless that like to Overnight here. When it gets dark I don't think it's very save to be around here alone.

It's a beautiful area the San Juan has dedicated to leaving it natural. Hope they don't change their mind and sell it off. Anyone who visits here please check yourself for ticks. This is wilderness are and ticks live there.
I enjoy this area on the daily. Makes me reminisce how are area once was. Full off untouched rolling hills full of orange groves. You could smell the orange blooms around the valley.
