John with Midway Meat Processing has taken over with the help of Roger. Both were very helpful during drop off and pick up. All cuts were completed and vacuum sealed as per request. They even loaned me coolers at pickup. Pricing was easy and was notified of all updates through the process. I was even able to pick up someone's abandoned Deer that Roger processed and failed to pick up, so got a bonus. Definitely will use Midway Meat in future

Will not have anything else processed here. Two steers in three months I had done. The first one, 100lbs + meat was stolen, which they claimed it was an accident. The second, some of the meat we've opened up is spoiled and smells horrible. Some actually had mold on it. To top it off, their vacuum sealing is subpar as well. Half my meat is sealed loosely, where as the bags are like balloons. Can you say FREEZER BURN!!!!!! Run, don't use this place. They will make you and your family sick at the least!!!

We had 4 steers processed here and the packages were stacked in waxed cardboard boxes and then the boxes were stacked high in freezers. No air could get to the meat. We picked up the meat and the packages were still not frozen. Our steer dressed 1100 pounds and pretty much all of it spoiled. I’ve sent pictures of the meat and he refuses to get back with us. We gave our meat to a local gator farm. The cost of the steer plus feeding them out we had at least if not more $2500.00 dollars in each steer. He might do good on smaller game like deer and hogs but not cattle.

Brought a hog in 3 weeks ago, never got a call to pick it up and after I called for a couple days finally got an answer I get there to pick up the hog and it's deer meat? I didn't drop off a deer I dropped off a hog and not to mention there was hardly any meat in my box. My cooler I had the hog in when I dropped it off still had old blood in it. Not very professional and pretty sure I did not get what I dropped off but hey you live and learn and I will not be going back here.

Took all four deer i killed last year and they did a fantastic job even though they super swamped with business. Nicely packaged and great response time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This guy seemed to be a good guy with many problems. But it goes much deeper. Now I've to turn him in to the labor board to get paid... remember that before you go there...
