Like 2 other reviews, Media Zone cannot be trusted. I contracted to purchase surplus camera gear from them. I had one discussion with Mike Jones before we reached agreement, then he barely communicated after that point, with late and limited emails (was sick, phone went bad). He shipped equipment ($5200) poorly packaged and damaged, and also incomplete. He has not answered any emails, texts, or voicemails. He's in breach of contract and does not even care. I filed a report with FL Attorney Genral to start, so will see where this goes before the next level of civil court. Have a look at what he sent and how packaged - high quality cameras and lenses thrown in with jumbled cords that bounced around "padded" with a few old t-shirts. It turns out two cameras were damaged unless they were defective to start.

As with at least one other reviewer here, we are waiting on videos Media Zone shot but has not delivered. We cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. They claim to be a "text first" agency but they haven't responded to my texts or emails since telling me they were going to be editing the videos on Jan 17th.

Based on my experience I am very disappointed with Media Zone.

Beware! Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars I would but had to select at least one to post. We hired Mike to do a video shoot for a charity event and he never delivered the assets and stopped returning our calls. Really unprofessional and disappointing.
