James Gallagher wastes taxpayer resources and government time pushing forward transphobic legislation that targets minors and heaps extra responsibilities and pressures onto an already struggling education system. We live in a state with a massive wildfire problem and immense population of people who cannot afford basic needs or housing, but apparently queer kids are the real threat here. An absolute disgrace to the state and his own communities.

From the beginning, Assemblyman Gallagher has been wrong on nearly every aspect of pandemic response, contributing (via his ignorant, partisan, and anti-intellectual rhetoric and action) directly to this region being worst in the state for key COVID metrics.
