We signed a contract on 6/15/19 for ornamental doors in our front and backyard, we have had nothing but problems trying to get them to perform. We gave them a punch list of items that are wrong and have been trying to get the owner of American Metal Craft to comeback and complete the work for 6 weeks now. He continues to give us the run around making excuses of why he can't get the work done. He has told us he's going to be there on a a certain day and doesn't show up. My brother has been texting him and calling him trying to arrange a time for the work to be competed and no answers from him. I have now filed a claimed with California State Licensing Board and currently waiting to hear from them. I highly recommend you stay away from this business and go to a more reputable place.

American crafters made us a beautiful custom door and gate. The material and craftsmanship was of high quality. We just had be patient and understanding with the timeline, but Peter did come through for us in the end.

Peter came up....measured, and gave us a price. We have not heard from him since. We have called him twice in the last 4 weeks and have not heard back. We even left messages for him at the office. If he is unavailable to get ahold of, we don't want him making our door. In case we had any problems with it in the future....
