Fantastic meeting Sonny. He was helpful, hasty, and answered all my questions thoroughly with a smile. I was hesitant because of old bad reviews, but the change in ownership has made this a very pleasant place. They call/text when your package gets delivered, which is just that much more helpful. 100% reccomend!

We had a trade show recently in Pomona and our staff dropped off 7 large boxes to ship back to Canada. We didn't realize the labels were incorrect when we dropped off but Sonny was patient with our company while it took us over a month to get the right labels. Most companies would have discarded our boxes due to us taking so long but Sonny was willing to go above and beyond for us, was so patient, just a pleasure to work with through us trying to figure it all out. My experience with the service was perfect . Customer service was a 100%. I was actually worried my parcel won’t get delivered ontime cus it was going to Africa but I was shocked . Delivery was on time . Overall I recommend this service .
