I had the best renovation experiences while working with Elmira, a designer at the store. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable and creative. I ended up getting all tiles and kitchen countertop that she recommended at the store. Floor & Decor became my new favorite place to go now when it's staff is so helpful and is available when I need them. I am looking forward to working with Elmira again for the next project!

I cannot recommend Melissa Lange highly enough. She is an incredibly talented interior designer who provided brilliant advice on a very complicated kitchen issue, involving both period and architectural styles. Her expertise and creativity made what felt like an overwhelming challenge seem manageable and exciting. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie to design my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only does she have exceptional taste, but she was incredibly patient, listening closely to my ideas and helping me make the right choices. I had visited places like Porcelanosa and other high-end stores, but in the end, Jamie’s vision stood out, earning my trust. She guided me through the design process, even incorporating unique accent tiles from another store to ensure my bathroom looked its absolute best. Can be thankful enough to the helpful staff of the store every time I come here. Besides pointing to the right choice of items to choose from, yet I’m getting valuable recommendations for the better ways to approach for the looks. Special shout out to Nick who’s been there for me third time in the row saving my time and sharing knowledge and Carmella for spreading that positive vibe thought out the store.
Excellent tile selection in this location made me stop looking at any other stores but here. Both bathrooms and kitchen tile needs are done!
One little caveat that needs to be straightened up is ordering and placing the appliances (ends and inside/outside corners) related to moldings (pictured) in the right cells.
Overall - great store, excellent crevice and fantastic tile selection.

Just had my first experience at this particular location.

Starting with the good; it’s a huge store compared the ones I’ve been to before. They have a large selection and the store is clean. Most of the workers are friendly and personable.

And the bad; they have incorrect signage. A price was posted for an item and it was incorrect. I only found this out after having them cut my pieces, and waiting quite a long time for service the first time around. There were 2 of this particular item, a small one and a large one. I had the employee cut me pieces of the smaller, supposedly less expensive one. When I got to checkout they told me the price was more than twice as much as what the signage had said. The kicker is though, that the bigger, better one was less expensive than the little one. Still more than the price on the sign, though. So I of course had them recut me the pieces of the bigger better item…since it was cheaper.

They really should have price matched the item for the shown price. It would have been a difference of about $30 total, but they most likely won’t sell this item anyway since the bigger/better option is less expensive. The first employee I got to help me didn’t know what the item was either. I had to explain to them what it was, what it was used for, and where it was located in the store. Service was pretty slow, as this entire process took about an hour.

I will probably go to the San Leandro or Stockton one next time.

If you are looking for marble, Granite, ceramic tile or laminate flooring this is the place to go, they have a wonderful staff ready to help you and the prices are amazing too
