Luv this park and all the residents there.
We have had movie nights outside in the summer , Swim gatherings on the hot summer days, holiday feast in the clubhouse and pumpkin painting during Halloween.
It's a joy for me to work there !!!

We live in this park and love it. Our manager, Ginger has really made it an enjoyable place to live. Our surroundings are beautiful and we love the trails and recreational areas close to the park. Having the pool is a bonus and being able to take our little dog out for walks in the park and in surrounding areas is great. I Give 5 stars to Ponderosa Mobile Estates and a high five to Ginger!

We lived here almost two years now and love it. The park is becoming more charming with every new upgrade or addition to it. We have a GREAT manager as well. She’s doing such a wonderful job with the park. Such a lovely area to live in.

I visit my sister who lives in this park and I visit often. It's always clean with the grass nicely manicured. The people are very nice and the manager is fantastic. Anyone who's looking for a mobile home yo this way should really consider living in this park.
