No water is serious business. So is a system that won't shut off! Don came out right away, resolved the immediate problem, gave us instructions and made the repair the next day when we were ready for him to come back. Our well pump went out last night. I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they were here before 830 to check it out. I have a 5 hp pump and the capacitor was fried. Since they don’t carry parts for pumps that big they didn’t even charge me for the trip. Percision has done all of our will work for years. I wouldn’t call another company! Totally professional good quality for the price paid and reliable in an emergency. They even told us where to get the part and said if that will company couldn’t install if they would come do it for us. This is what Customer Service looks like. If you’re looking for a well company look no further. These guys are awesome!
