The sales team and the people that work in the office are very friendly and very professional. Unfortunately, homes that they built are trash. I’ve had three leaks in less than two years. The person that takes care of the warranty work his name is Philip very unprofessional he stated “well you know they don’t build houses like they used to, and that’s the reason why we have issues”.As a new homeowner and first time buyer, it’s not something you want to hear. Two of the leaks have came from the shower, drain and now as of today before my two-year mark my toilet is leaking. as a first time homeowner I wish I have never bought a brand new home. The only reason why I bought a brand new home was to not have any headaches. I’m fixing other peoples issues, but it seems I was wrong. I feel really bad writing this review. I’ve never written a review ever.

The other reviews are literally people who work for them, I’m an actual customer, avoid these people. They’ve all been really nice, but I’m going to give a poor review until I can actually get my house in somewhat working order. We have a kitchen with the tile we paid thousands extra for ripped off the wall for well over a month now because they framed the window wrong. Tons of framing issues, the subfloor detaching upstairs, several huge drywall patches that aren’t textured where they have to do fixes, massive holes in the stucco, etc. They’ve had all the subcontractors out here to fix up the new unsold homes, but if you have already purchased they leave you high and dry.

We still can’t have people over because it’s not a finished house, and despite many more issues we need to submit for warranty claims, we’re now holding off because they haven’t fixed a single thing in this home to completion, heaven forbid if we actually submit the subfloor issue and go half a year without multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

And now the last straw, they have construction crews with heavy equipment at 6am on a Saturday morning to work on more of their new homes, disregarding noise ordinance or concern for those occupying here. All they care about is slapping up homes as quickly as possible it seems. If they actually finish any of the fixes in our house then I’ll change my rating, but at this point I want to seriously warn others.
