REALLY BAD!!. I’m not going to bore you with the details of my experience. But I must comment on the dramatic change in the environment since the change in management. The attitude of the employees at this location is horrible! From both the manager and his employees. I have been a customer here for 13 years. I have never in my life, been treated so poorly as I was on 1/6/24. I have never seen such an enormous lack of respect displayed towards customers by employees. I realize they have a difficult job and I take that into consideration. But their behavior is over the top bad!!

Tractor driver almost ran over a couple of ladies, unsafe environment. Customer safety isn’t their priority. Poor service and slow. Steal money from customers. They don’t help you based on first come first serve, but instead by who makes it to the line first. They take time to help the homeless sort all their recycle and trash but are racist with other customers and not helpful.

The staff that work there are always helpful when we go there. If you have large amounts of plastic it is faster to go to the side and ask for them to bring you a large container with the forklift, otherwise you will be standing in line for a while waiting on baskets. Do not plan on being in and out, you will be there a while if it is busy.
