Garbage flew out of a truck and damaged my vehicle. It had been multiple months and have received no compensation for the damages. I was out in contact with David Downs the “route compliance” employee. Davis had done nothing to resolve the situation. Travelers insurance has not responded in over a month despite multiple efforts. I have video and photo evidence of the damage occurring. This company has no respect for the community it serves. Will damage your vehicle and take no accountability. Terrible people, super disappointed. You should do better.

Update: Your response means nothing. I took every step necessary, and your insurance is dragging their feet. At the end of the day your incompetent drivers and unsecured load caused damage to my vehicle. And you’ve done absolutely nothing to correct that. Karma is real. Hope you guys continue getting terrible reviews as you truly deserve them. Cheers!

They have good offerings but drivers are not going out of way to do a good job. They rather leave garbage because lid won't close, come back next day wasting resources. We need more options in this city!

Not crazy about this service. It's not bad, But since signing up I've had several issues. Everything Including the bill not being correct, Being threatened with a fine because the wind blew my cans To never receiving my greenwaste pail, They're required by law to give me by the way. When I inform them that I never received it they said I could take my own time and get one myself. Not so great
