I started a project with Concord Sheet Metals, and initially, they seemed like a reliable partner in the sheet metal industry. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. I found myself constantly chasing Gabe, the person we were working with. Every time we called, we were given the same excuse: he had just left or was unavailable.

After finally getting in touch with him for a serious conversation, we emphasized the need for better communication and timely updates. Gabe assured us multiple times that the materials would be ready "soon" and that we would hear back "within the week," but he never followed through. This frustrating cycle has been going on for months, and we're extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Concord Sheet Metals to anyone.
