The best bubbles in Paso Robles! We stopped by here in search for some bubbly, and it was a wonderful experience chatting with the owner Chris, and sipping on a bottle of PasoSecco. Prices are reasonable, with a tasting at $5, waived if you buy a glass or a bottle. A bottle is $29, which is the best value for 2 or more people. Great location in downtown Paso, and a good way to mix up the wine tasting with some bubbles. They do mimosas in the morning too! We will be back 🥂

Loved their bubbles so much we came back a 2nd time. The new Rosè is great and Chris the owner is was an amazing spokesman for Paso.
