I've driven past this place for years and finally decided to call them when I needed to stock up on bolts for mounting TVs to the wall. The response was excellent, service great, got exactly what I wanted.
They even did something above and beyond what anyone should expect! I don't want to go into detail because nobody should expect what they did... but please let me say they were VERY cooperative with a situation I had.
Expect to get what you need from them, at a fair price, quickly if they have it in stock... and they have LOTS of stuff in stock!

Love this place lots of tools and hardware
Plenty of art in the front
Gotta go in from the back alley on the side street
Been coming here for years
Kinda slow
Be warned their is a buzzer by the entrance for speedy service. If not be prepared to wait, like a barber attending his clients, they'll help once their free....so hit that buzzer on the right by the big dumpster on the wall
Always a pleasure very professional individuals.
They carry mostly commercial but at a nice prices for bulk.

I was on the 5 freeway and googled for a local Fastener store and this address showed up. Upon arrival i had a hard time looking for parking, but managed to park in the alley way behind the building. the front door is not for customers, you must enter and speak to someone from a will call booth in the back of the building (alley way). at first approach the location seemed sketchy, but as an end result the gentleman at the counter found the machined nut i was looking for, and was very helpful. i will definitely come here again for those hard to find fasteners. thanks.
