Delivery got delayed twice so I had to drive and pick it up from them instead of waiting for them another day. Months later scheduled a pick up with them and they never showed up. They said a driver for my area didn't show up that day but never called or let me know. Terrible service.

Extremely poor delivery service! My delivery was scheduled for 8/29 then changed to 8/30 then they finally call on 8/31 to schedule a delivery for Friday 9/1. Then on 9/1 they call to say the truck broke down and now my order won't be delivered until Tuesday 9/5 due to the Holiday. Beyond unacceptable!!!! The gal I was talking to on the phone at XPO (Adalanto) couldn't have cared less about putting the customer out like this. Horrible customer service!

The most incompetent and outrageous delivery company in the area. Regretfuly, they have delivered to my address four times and each time they created headaches for me. They have utterly inexperienced and useless drivers and they are helplessly disorganized and rude. They don't call you if they decide not to deliver to your address. They gladly take the job and get paid but don't give a crapp about your time. They have no decency to respect your time.

Make sure you bring your own pen so the security guard can use it to sign your bills on the weekends. You would think he would have one considering his job is to sign paperwork.
