I advise Xfinity review this branch. I was provided misinformation regarding the status of my account, then based on that information took action only to get sticker shocked by the changes that had been done to my account.

If I had been given the right information I would have done things differently and now that I’m locked into a contract based on wrong information I’m having to pay more. Worst of all, the staff here although verbally empathetic did nothing to make me whole except waste 2 whole days of mine.

The kicker, I was finding better Xfinity deals while on Xfinity.com researching in parallel with the staff than they were. A clear sign they were trying their best.

Needless to say, I will advise everyone I know to stay away from Xfinity moving forward.

What a disappointing experience. Waited a long time to speak with someone and they needed the manager, Jessica's, help who was not in - this was around 4pm (normal business hours) and she was off. they had no way to help me, and did not even try to come up with another solution. The employee, Saleem, could not tell me when the manager would be back either. It was a totally useless waste of my time after a long wait. AVOID at all costs!!!

Tech support told me I'd be in and out quickly. Sat there a half an hour before they even called me, and then it was 2 minutes until I was out the door. They do not manage their staff or time well.

Tried to look for better internet deal since I've been with comcast for 25 yrs. The lady wasn't very helpful so the following week I canceled my package of $300 bundle and gone with Astound which only costs $55 for internet. Comcast wanted over $150 for the same package from Astound. I'm guessing losing long-term customer doesn't matter to comcast.

No one ever answers the phone you can’t get to speak to a human person. The computer hangs up on you. Maybe you guys should spend time fixing your customer service

I went to this new location to replace my old units with an updated one to speed up my internet. This place is very nicely built and relaxing while you wait.
Xfinity office is located outside of the Serramonte mall east side parking lot.
If your internet is slow replace your MODEM for the correct one to match your data speed. I have the 150, max is 250

I specifically chose this Xfinity store cause of the higher ratings. (I try to avoid the Xfinity stores in SF based on the horrible reviews.)

When I enter, I'm greeted right away by Isela. I tell her that I'm returning equipment and she assists me in processing my request. I'm in and out within 2-3 minutes. It was quick, painless and a positive customer service experience. Even the people I was with were surprised at how quick it took. If I ever need to go to a Xfinity store again, I'll definitely come back to this one.
