Called in earlier today to confirm they had a part:

Me: Hey, do you guys have *part*
Them: yep, sure do
Me: awesome. How late are you guys open?
Them: 5pm

Now granted, I cut it close, but I definitely made it before 5. I'll admit it was probably 4:57, but the door was unlocked and the light was on. Walked in, told the guy that I had already confirmed that the part was in stock, and he refused. "Sorry. Already closed". Great way to lose a customer. I won't be back.

Went in for a part for my dryer today. Explained what it was doing and the man working was polite as could be and got me exactly what I needed! Great customer service! Will definitely do business here again!
Also the part worked perfectly and my dryer is heating better than ever!

They went out of their way to help me fix my mom's washing machine. It was leaking water and it turned out after talking with them that it only needed a four dollar part! These are good people!
