The only meat store in town where you can buy some beef and watch a cattle drive at the same time.

The have the cuts you can't get anywhere else. For me it's trip down memory lane beef kidneys. Can't wait.

I am no meat expert. I was greeted with politeness and expertise. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I told him what I was looking for and it gave me excellent recommendations. I was thoroughly surprised by how fair the pricing was compared to raley's down the street. I will be buying all cuts of meat from them from now on and in the future. Plus, I enjoy sporting local industries.

Have been using them for years to butcher our hogs. After my last experience I will never use them again. Pushed my appointment that I scheduled a year in advance by 4 weeks. Cost me an extra $120 in feed. Then the day we were ready to drop the pigs off they call to inform me they can not smoke or cure my bacon, hams and hocks. Terrible management and they wouldn't give me a discount for their shortcomings. I'm very disappointed this time around. Going elsewhere next time.
