Owner Operators be careful booking a load here. I booked through XPO and had an appointment time for 0120. They apparently changed the delivery time to noon the next day, without notifying me! I had to cancel my next loads and lost a lot of time and money on this load. You’ve been advised!

They do have overnight parking.

If you’re delivering scrap, they start taking trucks at 0700, you can check in as early as 0400 I believe.

Truck Driver

Came here for delivery at 1300 and have no issues. Unload my truck in 30 min. It was scrap as unloaded in open docks. Have to wait as docks were not free. But coming here as per appointment will create no issues. They are quite busy . Thanks to guys unloading in open area as it hot outside and they are very friendly.
Good work guys stay safe and cool in hot summer.

This facility is extremely unethical and for lack of better words, disgusting.
I had my company driver deliver a load into their facility and when talking to him, they used derogatory and racial slurs when getting his empty scale ticket. This was reported to their receiving office and they did not care at all. This cannot go unnoticed! The warehouse needs to take ownership and correct their employees and take HR action.

I admit I was late, but to make me sit here 3hrs while everyone else goes on break. I am out of my 70 & 14 hr clocks proves that these shippers and receivers don't care about us truck drivers. Honestly, I should have never taken this load but I did. I do agree if you're late work you in but not at the expense of both my clocks running out. Should have rescheduled for another day.....

Hope it’s my last time here, 34 hours to get unloaded still waiting a door which is nobody in, don’t take load to this location, very rude personal (specially lady in the morning), filthy place, you take load to this location prepare to lose your 3 working days. Nobody in dock but that lady keep saying we are busy we are busy we cannot get you a door bla bla bla....lazy lady need to be find other job where she can stop other company rolling business. PS hope you lose your job someday course your attitude

I arrived the night before my 0640 appointment, at 0500 I checked in with receiving and at 0545 I was in a dock and checking out with signed bills at 0630. If you arrive early and on time it doesn’t take long to unload you so arrive the night before if you want because they do have overnight parking.

By appointment only. They will let you spend the night in the staging area and T-Mobile has good service here to watch Netflix or prime video
