Great service! I called today and Greg and his beautiful assistant came out same day to repair my window. Greg is very knowledgeable and efficient with window repair. Greg inspected all my windows and sliding doors.

I needed to replace some snap-in glazing for a window on an older home. No local suppliers had it in stock, and once they realized they weren't going to be able to make any money off of me, immediately they weren't interested in trying to help me. I called Window Repair of Leesburg, and he had what I needed. Since their office was 45 minutes away from me, Greg went out of his way to meet me at a nearby gas station, and sold me what I needed for a very reasonable price. This is great customer service! Next time I need glass, window, screen, or patio door repair, this is the company I will call.

Greg came out twice both times for different issues with my sliding door. But, when I needed follow- up for an adjustment in regards to the work that he had done, it seems there just wasn't time. So no customer service after he has gotten your money. So just be aware the initial work is good and professional, just hope you don't need follow-up afterwards!

I had Greg install windows in my sliding doors and he came and did a good job. One of my windows had a problem and I have been trying to get it handled for the last three months and Greg won't return my calls. I cannot recommend him for that reason. He told me the company he deals with will not stand behind their product so NO WARRANTY.

I had a stellar experience with Window Repair of Leesburg. I had a door that kept getting caught on the track so I called WROL, they were ready to come out the next day and worked with my schedule (such a relief!).

I was greeted with a warm smile and provided an efficient, fairly priced service. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and there was no price gauging or pushing unnecessary services. He noticed that my front door strike plate was off as he came in, and went so far as to fix it for me before he left! We've been trying to fix that d**n thing for 2 years and almost spent 2k+ on a replacement! If I wasn't a married woman, and it wasn't completely inappropriate, I could have kissed him--I was so thankful.

This house is 10 years old, and the window manufacturer is out of business. I had several widows that wouldn't stay up. The guys from Window Repair showed up for what I assumed would be an initial visit to give me an estimate. Wrong. He had all the parts for the broken lifts on the truck with him. Just like magic, all windows fixed, old parts gone, and just that simple. All for what I thought was a really reasonable price. You won't regret calling these people.
