First of, I'd like to do a huge shout out to JODI who is just absolutely AMAZING!!! she helped us purchase a dining room set and took the time to answer all of our questions. I've waiting 1.5 years to purchase this set and she made it happen. Love this store. Thanks Jodi. You deserve a raise.

We tried to return an unused set of stainless steel measuring cups. The associate said the item was not returnable because they were used. I'm not sure how she made this decision. They were brand new stainless steel. I had taken them out of the package and put water in them, but again, they were 'stainless' steel.

She then wandered off to talk to a manager. We heard her talk to the manager. Then when she came back, she flat out lied and said manager was not there and said she was the associate manager. (Maybe she got promoted while in the back?) She then refused to allow the return.

I later went to another WS store and returned the cups no problem at all.

There's a saying that if you treat 1 customer poorly, you will loose business from 10 of their friends. In my case, that number is going to be much higher.

Brick and mortar stores are closing left and right because of online retailers like Amazon. If you want to keep your doors open, customer service is key. With customer service like this, there's no way William & Sonoma is going to last. I can't wait to hear the news.

Cheers Brenda! Thank you for walking me through all the Jura options. I was lost with all the product lines but you helped walk me through each series and showed what distinguished the difference between each option. Will be back to pick up my new coffee machine soon!

Staff was not educated about basic product questions, three people were unable to help with what components came in a box, nor could answer what other products might be right (all I needed was a dough mixer!) and suggested I use their wifi to determine myself. Long waits for products to be pulled and staff not well trained on registers.

I was at this store in late September trying to return something I bought online. After waiting in line at the counter, Ann Marie was able to assist me. She told me that I couldn’t return this product in store and that I have to return it myself. She then hastily summoned the next person in line. I was disappointed and talked to my husband on my way out that I would have to go to the post office and we had to pay for the postage... At this time, a nice staff came to me at the exit and told me that I didn’t have to pay for return postage once I had the label. So I called their customer service and Arlene assisted me. She said that I could not return this item because Ann Marie had to correct something she did when I tried to return that day. I asked if Arlene could clear that matter with Ann Marie and then sent me the label. I waited for a week or so for Arlene to get back to me, it did not happen. I finally went back to the store to clear the problem and went online to get the label. Although I was not familiar with their policies, I think they need to improve their customer service because I am hesitant to buy anything from them on line now.

Don't bother going to this store or even calling them. They are extremely rude and don't have any information that can help you. Called the store to check if an item was able to be returned and got yelled at by the person working at the store since they weren't sure if store credit would be issued or not. It's easier just dealing with the website chat feature. Not sure how they still remain in business!

Worst customer service.

Just want to check if ONE thing is in stock with associate and was asked to reach out to another associate which ask me to ask another associate. All I got at the end is a “No” with my 30 minutes wait.

They rather serve the rich white people first as their requests are considered priority before me even though I was in line first.

Avoid this overpriced place.
