Scott is easy to work with and the store offers great products with a wide range of prices to fit any budget. My project is about 1,600 sf.
Chase installed the LVT tiles over a 2 week span. My old subfloor required lots of leveling and Chase was jumping from leveling at one place, and setting tile in another. His craftsmanship is 10/10 and he aligned tile layout and discussed it with me before starting. The results are worth the cost.

In Feb 2022 Williams installed a new vinyl plank kitchen floor & baseboards elsewhere. We decided to leave carpet in part of the family room so they had to tear up only a section of that and lay a straight proper trim. The staff at Williams Flooring in Atascadero CA were professional & friendly & hard working and overall great price for the extras we added eg new baseboards all around the family room. The quality of their work was excellent. We also found the national reps at Coretec to be very attentive & helpful when I had questions about my new vinyl plank floor. Overall it was a 5 star experience.

A few years ago, we had a new floor put in. Now the boards are separating, leaving gaps that look horrible. The owner of Williams Flooring refuses to fix the floor, even though it's clearly an installation problem. I will never do business with them again.
