I work with wick from this manufacturer every day, and I have for years. The product has gotten worse and worse over time. It has become more than a chore to use all Aromalite and 44 series wicks due to an over-soaking of parrifin on the wick. There are commonly green markings on long stretches of wick, and defects seem to be ignored.

Please stop using so much parrifin. If you can scrape parrifin off the side, you've used too much. I can't emphasize this enough. Way, way, way, way, way too much parrifin.

Please also encourage temperature controlled shipping and storage.
