I know it’s breast cancer awareness month. Everybody took great care and got their jobs done very well. They could sense that I was so nervous. Anticipation is very high. I had to return to redo my Breast Exam and then ended up having to do a sonogram as well so the doctor can be sure there’s no suspicious Results, but I was so scared. I even shed a few tears in worry and I was treated with dignity and compassion.

Mandi Filla and the girls in the office are terrific! I was greeted and seen in a timely manner. I needed a couple of referrals and they were done the next day. I also got help with a referral for my mom (she's 87). The clinic person contacted the provider and my mom was seen the next day (after I waited for 7 days for the provider to contact me after they received the referral). The Wickenburg clinic has friendly helpful staff who take the time to help you. This level of service never happened with Kaiser in California!

I recently spent 12 days at WCH for a mini stroke the doctors and nurses in emergency were very right on with diagnosis and was sent to acute ward for recovery and rehab I have never known a group of medical people that was so helpful and they always had a smile on their faces. They all went above and beyond what I expected. They all not only was concerned about my physical well being but also my mental well being. Karen went totally beyond and out of her way to see that I was getting through a very emotional issues. Her caring ways is still with me here now that I'm home. Thank you to all.

I went into the emergency room yesterday because I had experienced chest pain and body aches early that morning. The staff Dr Reid and Taryn the RN were wonderful. They were thorough and kind. Friendly and helpful.

The Lexiscan nuclear stress test unit was overbooked and understaffed, but were all incredibly nice, patient and super helpful! For a super long 5 hrs, the staff made it nice and relaxing as much as possible. I can't remember everyone's names, but Melissa who did the ports was just awesome! The ultrasound gal was too! And thank you to Brian for stepping in to help! Your team was a pleasure to be treated by!

Had x-rays taken. Pleased with the tech who did my films. The wait time was longer than predicted when I registered (told 10-15 minutes; it was an hour). Everyone I encountered was pleasant.

I guess there is three people there for the same procedure one person before me had a little bit of a hard time getting things accomplished so I was kind of anticipating a little bit of pain. But just a little prick of the needle to start with and then everything was fine, so I told the person that was how easy it went so hopefully things went just as easily for her . I had I think a Cortizone shot put in my back but they considered it a surgery because of where it is located I guess but it went real well and today I’m doing a whole lot better already they said today might be a little sore, but I’m better than I was before I even went in so yeah God.

The staff was both friendly and competent. As they worked on me, they kept me informed of what they were doing and why. I had to urinate several times and chose to be "unhooked" so I could walk to the restroom. They disconnected and reconnected me several times when they could have inserted a catheter or made me use a bedpan. They gave me a follow-up call two days later, to see if I was doing OK.
