Went here as part of our girls day yesterday. Quaint place out in the country. We did the $10 tasting and it included one of their souvenir wine glasses as well as crackers and chocolate to pair with the wines. The Tailgate Red was my favorite. Bought a couple of bottles to bring home with me. The best part was meeting the owners, Mr. Bobby and Mrs. Geneva, who are in their 80s and have been married for 63 years. We enjoyed their hospitality and getting to know them. It was a great day!

Wow! Whippoorwill has some of the best wine I’ve ever had! And that’s saying a lot because 1) I tried almost every wine they offer, and 2) I usually don’t even drink red. I also loved the pretty drive through Tallassee and Notasulga. The two cute shop dogs and the sweet owner, Mr. Watkins, made the experience that much more enjoyable. Also, please note that Whippoorwill makes more than just sweet, white dessert wines; they have semi-sweet, dry, red, and just about everything you can imagine. Their wine is so good that I went twice in one week. I had to stock up before I went out West.

So much fun! We had just left a fancier facility where the woman working was extremely bland and dry and came to Whippoorwill and let me tell you. The wine was better and the man working was a HOOT! We will be back! The wine was so good! Another man left before us with a whole case and I see why! We got a case as well! The tasting was fun! Overall a wonderful experience

Amazing!!! Absolutely LOVE it! The gentleman who helped us was super friendly and very helpful! He was nice enough to open up for us even though they were closed for the day. Can't wait to crack open the new bottle of wine and have some in the beautiful new glass he helped me find!!

My family and I stopped in at the vineyard while breaking up a roadtrip and looking for something different to do on our way to visit family. Well Mr. Bobby was so much fun during the wine tasting that we left with a case of wine to share with our family. Muscadine grapes are different and not what we were use to but we were very pleased and happy with our selections. Mr. Bobby educated us on his family’s vineyard and the awards for each of the wines. We definitely recommend visiting and supporting this local vineyard. We had a great time!!!

This was an unbelievable experience. The wine was perfect and reasonable with pricing.
The place is beautiful and warm.

We stopped by on our way home from Auburn. The owners are so nice and explained each wine to us. We enjoyed each taste with chocolates and crackers in between. We stayed a while and had a great time. Would highly recommend stopping by.

Mrs. Monroe was an amazing host! Very down to earth and relatable personality, she knows her stuff with the wines! We bought 5 tonight simply because of her and of course they all tasted great! Very nice country welcoming family type of environment. Loved it! We will be back!
