Asked for size .325 .050 68 for a 18in bar but this what I got instead of 68 they gave me 74 and there solution was to bring it back so can get charge to shorten it for 9$ after paying 32$ for the chain poor customer service and they have I am right ur wrong kinda attitude it's 40 min drive one way for me lol until then I leave these pics here thank u westerners true value for your professionalism serving tuba city and surrounding areas

Hello beautiful people! Welcome to the Navajo Newton! Welcome to the Tuba City Hardware store! Due to the worldwide pandemic and the Navajo Nation mask mandate, all customers must wear a mask and an employee of True Value will check your temperature at the front door. Employees are very helpful and they will help you find whatever it is you need quickly! The Tuba City hardware store has recently been improved in recent years. Facility is very clean and opened daily, except on Sundays, but store hours are subject to change. Here are some hardware items you will find. Wheelbarrow, propane tanks, paint, buckets, bolts, nuts, some tools such as sockets, cutting wheels, pipes, pipe fittings, electrical tools and hardware, B.B. Gun, dogwood, cleaning supplies, key services for residential padlocks and door locks, lumber, cinder blocks, flea collar for dogs and cats, chainsaw, chains for chainsaw, lubricants for automobiles and power tools, power tools, etc. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, True Value Hardware store only allows one family member per household inside their store. Please be patient with them and don't forget to smile. Take care and go visit the friendly people at the Tuba City Hardware store.

Only hardware store in town and lousy hours .. this place need a better hardware store

Never open on time and close 15 minutes early. I also got charged $30 for a redbull, and the cashier acted like I made the mistake of purchasing a drink. I do like being escorted around by someone who knows nothing about anything in the store. I wouldn't be surprised if they escorted you around the restrooms, too. I'm really done with this place.

Don't spend your money here. Customer service is horrible. Much rather find what I need at the tuba city flea market or drive an hour to Flagstaff then deal with them again.

A woman with the short Bob-hair cut at the front register can sometimes be very rude or short...if you can, please make the trek to Flagstaff, the drive is worth not having the aggravation and unfriendly service and staff at this establishment. Most importantly, this place is overpriced by a longshot, I am amazed they are still in business. For as much as we pay, they should at least have restrooms available for their patreons.

Never what you need. Have to be escorted in the store. No returns allowed. Must be health screened and forced to use their hand sanitizer before being allowed into their store. Socialism at its best... If the closest other hardware store wasnt an hour drive away, I would never do business with them.

The employees were very unprofessional. No one wanted to stop gossiping and didn't even bother to censor themselves.
When I asked to help find something they just said, "I don't know." Or "We don't have it."
Finding what I needed on my own, I proceeded to check out and the cashier acted as if I interfered with her break.
I'd rather make the drive into town than come back here. I suggest others do so too.
