As mentioned in other posts, use extreme caution when dealing with this business. Check the public records for recorded judgements in St. CLair County related to past poor ethics and business dealings. Be warned.
I paid you a $1,000 deposit for a $2,000 sod installation job that was never started. If you can return my deposit I will be happy to cancel my recorded judgement.

I received 4 estimates to have 8 pallets of sod put down and a fence extended about 200 ft. Weaver was the highest bidder but we decided to go with him. He walked me around telling me everything he would do for us. When he was done, he says, the front yard would be level and smooth. To put down the sod would take about 3 to 4 days. When they showed up, it would be late in the evening and may not return for days. 3 to 4 days turned into about 6 weeks. When he was done, the yard was not level at all. I can't use me riding lawnmower because it scalps the yard and feels like driving over a bumpy road. Weaver finished on 4/12/2021 and promised he would come back in May and spread sand, which he said was normal, to level up the yard.
May came and went with no word from him so I started calling him. Today is 8/27/2021 and I still haven't heard a word from him.
UPDATE
A few days after this review Wayne Weaver came by my house and apologized for not finishing my yard. He assured me on his word, that he would be out and finish my yard NLT the second week of September. September came and went and I hadn't heard a word from him so I started calling. I left multiple messages and haven't received a return call. Today is December 30, 2021. It is apparent to me that he is not a man of his word and has no intent to finish the work he was paid to do. I am also at fault for paying him in full, trusting that he was an honorable person. Shame on me, take this review to heart so you don't waste your hard-earned money on someone who will promises a perfect beautiful lawn, but delivers disappointment.

Weaver Landscaping and Lawn Care is such a breath of fresh air in a world where no one wants to work anymore. Wayne and his crew were so polite and worked so hard in 100 degree heat! This company does great work and one of the last honest companies around. Thanks Wayne for doing such a great job. Looking forward to working with you again.

After the initial communication, he was spot on. After the agreement the communications and scheduling there was never consistent. Weaver did not do ANY of the requested work in its entirety. He has yet to complete ANYTHING and it has been over a month. He even talked to the neighbors to possibly be hired and yes you guest it never showed up or responded again. Before I decided to write a review after several and several attempts to give him the opportunity to correct his wrong. He failed over and over again in the responsive/communication in not keeping his word. I look at the testimonies and they are all over 1-2 years old minus the one in July since things have been going down hill for him( I believe it’s false) even the photo looks subspecies. My advice is NOT utilize this company he may do good work ? but why at the customer expense ( liar, liar,liar)

Called Weaver Landscaping to come out and give us an estimate for a total yard transformation. The price was more than fair! Wayne did so much extra work for us free of charge and made sure everything was done perfectly. I love the yard and the Landscape. We will always call Weaver Landscaping for all our yard needs.

We hired Wayne Weaver to landscape our back yard and remove ALL weeds. Paid him $1500 and ALL the weeds are back. Wayne keeps lying telling us he will come and properly remove weeds. He will not show up when he says he will. When he doesn’t show up he will text 15 paragraphs of stupidity why he didn’t show up. PLEASE BEWARE THIS GUY IS A LIAR. We are preparing to take him to small claims court as we have just realized he has several judgments against him for this very same thing.

This company is kind. They take their time and make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. They do great work at a cost that anyone can afford. If you need landscape work I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond for their customers.
