Arrived at 10:45 they told me to wait until 11:20 to load me. They begin loading and then they have lunch 12-12:45… they also need me to deliver half the load in longbeach by the end of today(4pm) and I haven’t even started to tarp the load yet. They require mandatory 8ft tarp for a 5-6ft load. I don’t recommend hauling for them and I will not be back. One star because the security guard is very nice. Great communication on her part for coming and letting me know why the forklift guy won’t be loading me for an hour. Thanks ‍♂️it only takes 5 minutes to put this pallet and spa on the back… minimum wage effort! If your an owner operator don’t bother this place will cause you to lose money but since I get paid daily not hourly it doesn’t matter for me. Good luck fellow truckers.

So I came here to pick up a load and they wanted to load my flatbed with some tubs plus all these boxes. All is good and well except “you can’t strap these boxes, your tarp will hold it”. Load was supposed to be 53ft long and 8ft high and all those boxes on the very top. Had to cancel because moving this stuff all the way to Fargo, ND not secured is not the brightest idea for sure

Desert Hot Tubs was great for a dealer however my experience with the product they sell hasn't been good. Bought a very high end Caldera and the quality is not good, handles and jets have fallen off and needed to be glued back on. Worst of all Spa started leaking after 6 months and it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out under warranty AND I have to pay for it!
We have been waiting weeks to have it repaired, in the meantime our new concrete is stained and has moss growing on it!

Update: tech showed up after 2 weeks, spent 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem. Absolutely assured me it was taken care of, Spa still leaks. Guess I can look forward to many more phone calls and 2 weeks more of waiting. What a joke for after sales service and support.

926/17 spa is still leaking techs cannot even move it due to size and weight, waiting on a crane. Biggest joke ever. Do not waste your money on their products.

Shameful support from this company they have officially gone into the toilet! They don't care about you after the purchase. I purchased a new cover and what they sent was the wrong size. When I complained and after much back and forth they told me they no longer make covers in coordinating colors to the spas they ONLY make it in black now. REALLY a spa cover in black just what you want on a hot day to have the sun beating on the black cover. Since they insisted the dimensions for my spa were not what my old cover was I even tried writing to the CEO to confirm what my 2019 cover should be, and you guessed it no response. I've had Hot Springs Spas since 1991 and never ever had this kind of response or lack of before so be very careful when spending your hard earned money you might end up like me getting totally ignored from these jerks!!

Hot Springs Grandee is the best thing I’ve ever purchased. My life has changed I use it every night after my gym workout and it’s so amazing to use the Moto massages before bed definitely worth the price! The Hot Springs Social Media team also ROCK!!!

If you buy a hot tub, buy it from Watkins Wellness!!! I have already saved hundreds if not thousands due to the incredible technical support from Stephen and Wayne. Both of them have been in the game forever and take pride in providing thorough, exceptional support. Truly grateful to have them as resources over the past 4 years with my hot tub!!!
