They do not pick up large items when they've been scheduled to. And they've stopped picking up recycling altogether. But please don't bother Melinda with any kind of questions or complaints... she'll just cut you off, talk down to you, and treat you like an idiot for even calling.

Our waste pro men are amazing. My daughter and I wait for them every week with a cold bottle of water and an easy and light snack to thank them. Mr. Tim always leaves a bag of popsicles for my daughter. Such nice people!! Thank yall for everything!! Thank you truck number 496

Several times my garbage has not been picked up. Thursday it was scheduled for pick up. The garbage on both sides of me were picked up. The area I’m speaking of Is, three households all within the same spot. I stopped the garbage truck and they said they would go back and pick it up when they finish the street they were on. The two men were nice, polite and very professional. All waste cans have holes drilled in them, so they do not retain water. That afternoon I called the office and explain what happened. The lady check with the guys and they had honestly forgotten. Said she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me the same day to see if a pickup could happen. No call was ever received back. The next day I called again She said the district manager was in and as soon as he left she would get with her supervisor and call me back. Never called me back. The garbage is still sitting and a hurricane is expected in three days.

Recently we had a small issue and it was taken care of so quickly and efficiently by Frank, the division manager! Our truck came out and quickly took care of the issue! We are serviced by truck #552 and they always do such a phenomenal job! They leave our trash cans nice and organized and away from the road! We appreciate the hard work and service this company provides!

Shout out to truck 477!!! These guys are incredible! My little boy is obsessed is everything trash truck related and they cater to him every week. Whether its honking the horn for him or waving and honking on the way by from the cross street. He LOVES it! They clean up the yard debris and take the ridiculous amount of trash out large family has with a smile. My son runs out or to the window when he hears them coming. They're thorough and VERY friendly when we've asked them anything. Great assets for sure!
