Ever since the company got new owners the service sucks. My trash used to be picked up before 9am on Tuesday mornings but now they don't even pick my trash up! I asked for a new can because my old one had holes in the side. From previous tenders and had been that way ever since I moved in a year ago. But, it took a while month in a half to receive a new one. After I was told I would get a new trash can the next day everytime I called.

would give them no stars. They took my money to star service then said they couldn't get to my house. I live right in Payson!!!! Then said they need a written request to refund my money. For no service really? Take your money and deliver nothing. Using Waste Management no problems now. Save yourselves the drama. Don't use this company

After they sold out to an outfit in Prescott I started having numerous pick up issues. I cancelled my service and have never hear back from them regarding a refund for the month not used that was paid for in advance.
These people are a rip off.

I second the comments about billing issues. They cut off our service without any notice. They never sent a bill.
As for the pick up service, today they dragged the garbage can and numerous large rocks across my driveway and left them there.

Had them for years!! then they sold to another company and service/billing has been a nightmare... when outside companies try to do LOCAL business. they fail.
