My man Zach Bullock came through from the start and always answers the phone when I have questions. He gets it done and tells you straight up what he can do versus what you want done and I appreciate that. He’s knows better then me and I trusted him and have no regrets. If you are looking for an affordable waste service with friendly and helpful staff in Lake County, look no further. My sales manager Zach Bullock, was very helpful and accommodating throughout my dumpster rental. He made me feel like his only customer. I had to change dates for services multiple times due to delays and the holiday season and he always made sure he hit the dates I needed. He even texted Merry Christmas to me. Terrible customer service. Can’t get anyone to return inquiries sent from the web portal nor emails. But they surely want you to pay your bill! Missing pick ups and no communication to customer. very frustrating when you run a schedule and it’s missed and there’s no communication to customer. complained for two days still no responses
