I have been with them since 2012 I used to get great service and now I can't even get anybody to answer the phone I lost two panels on my roof during the hurricane and everything is destroyed I got a text saying to pay the bill before October 31st I don't have the money to do that or they're going to charge me a late fee and I lost my refrigerator stove flooring roof hot water heater washer dryer I only live on social Security and can't even get them to answer the phone because I can't find the bill must have gotten wet I can't find it . I have been on hold for 1 hour and nobody will pick up on this call her number one that has to be something I suggest you check out another service because if they can do this to a lady that's been so good to them for so many years what will they do to somebody new

Gave this a 3 (originally 1 star) as it's almost impossible to reach a live customer service rep by phone or chat.. BUT don't give up .. keep trying because once you do reach a liver person they are very helpful.

A week passes and no pick up so I call them. They had cancelled the account after my last payment with no notice of any sort claiming I owed the last bill plus a reconnect fee. I told them i never got a bill and he says, oh that's because your account was cancelled. We wouldn't send a bill. WTH!? So had I not called I wouldn't even know there was a bill pending. So....how am I suppose to pay a bill I dont know I had if I never got it? Poor excuse just for them to charge additional fees. Very unethical! Seems like in this town these companies take advantage because they know they are the only company in town that provides their service. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Will not tell you that they don't replace any lost or stolen cans. They give you the id number of the can so you can find it yourself. Great servise you are waste. What do paying customers pay you for?. Even when you do try doubling up on them on their bill. I will no longer refer any friends or family to yall.

The drivers on my route always go above and beyond picking up my garbage. Any time they haven't been able to pick something up they take the time to explain why or send another truck to pick it up. Very great customer service!

The trash truck guys are the best part of this business they are always very professional..when you call to get service they act like they dont care because they know they have a monoply on port labelle just saying

My gosh, they are awful. I called and called and kept getting put on hold. I just want a dumpster and I'll pay for whatever it costs, but the girls was unbelievably rude and hung up on me three times. I just want a dumpster that's it.

I order recycled bins before Christmas and still nothing . I called today they do not answer and my trash has not been picked up this week yet . I don’t mind about the bins but when I call and get no answer it’s very unprofessional.
