Refused to refund me stating it's against the contract with property management. Yet i was reimbursed befor, twice due to faulty equipment not working.
💩 repairs on horrible machines.
Told only load a 3rd of the way yet not charged full price. The app is awesome except it's behind two to 5 minutes. You can't put your card on the app when asked why that option is not working I got it'll never be a option. The machines are not cleaned regularly so lint builds up. The washer doesn't drain or clean yet there's always a repaired sign on machine. Made call to complain was told manager would contact me and never got a call go figure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Washers don't work, maintenance is slow and often ineffective. The same machines break down week after week, and the coin safes get so full that you can't use any of the 8 washers and 8 dryers.

They recently raised our prices without warning by $.50 and decreased the dryer time by 12 minutes, even though the washers can't clean a full load and the dryers can't dry a full load. I used to spend the extra quarters to extend the wash and dry times, but now I think I'll just go to a laundromat.

One more thing, our laundry room stinks of mildew because they refuse to clean their washers, despite requests for them to do so.

If you want to charge me this much for laundry, you better provide clean and effective machines.

Expensive and does not even get the job done. Looks like they increased prices and reduced the water output. Resulting in soapy laundry. UPDATE: lost money twice using machines that had no heating. I also had the card reader error out and not right $30 to my card.

Washers eat your quarters every other load dryers dont fully dry in a single load gonna be honest haven't had much of a worse experience from a laundry washing/drying provider feel bad and ashamed my grandma deals with this on a regular I've dealt with it for 3 days and its driven me crazy and there's no customer service available during night so no way to mediate the problem of refund

Very expensive, putrid, disgusting machines. This company does not clean their machines, and any support tickets you put in to have them do so get closed without any work actually done to clean them. I'm forced to use them in my apartment complex. If I could give them negative stars and report them to the police I would, but sadly companies like this will continue to get business from stupid landlords.

DO NOT use this company. You're better off getting out the washboard!!

EDIT 2025: WASH still sucks. They've been overcharging us and, despite multiple requests and emails, they refuse to correct the problem. If you're considering contracting with WASH to provide services to your buildings, think again. Their machines are in poor condition and they provide no follow-up for anything besides the most basic requests. (And even those are handled poorly...last time the dispatch team gave the WASH technician the wrong instructions and I had to explain what needed to be repaired). WASH sucks. Avoid them at all costs.

No reply to set up repair visit after multiple service requests…again. What’s the point of requesting service if no one comes out and there’s no follow up call or contact? Worst service I’ve ever seen. And yes, WASH, if it’s not clear from the above, we’ve ALREADY contacted you for a repair request... you've just never contacted us back or completed the repair. Not the first time this has happened, unfortunately.
