Lacking in customer service and friendliness. Every employee I encountered had a look of do not approach me on their faces. I asked an employee for help with an item that had a security device. She didn’t say anything, just walked away with a 1 moment gesture like she was going to get the key and never came back. Other than my total, I don’t think a one of them even spoke to me.

One of the nicest and most friendly Walmarts I've been to as of late. Also, I must say the views are spectacular in this area! I had to share this picture I took from standing on the roof of the store where I'm doing some work.

Not a bad location! Stored was fully stocked on a Saturday evening, which was amazing! They also had my favorite Bavarian Filled donuts, which other locations have discontinued. The store seemed organized and clean. The staff was friendly as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing groceries, electronics, Home Goods, hygiene products, etc.

It pays to shop earlier in the morning at Walmart on Anthem Way in Anthem, AZ. First time I shopped before 8 A.M. on a weekday. Well I saved actually around $10.00 on marked down fresh meat items plus additional savings on fresh fruit and vegetables. All those savings count even if your not on a budget. I'm so glad I shopped earlier.

Went to get a simple auto part that was in a locked display. Spent 20 minutes trying to find an employee to unlock. Finally found someone on the other side of the store that would help but couldn't find someone with a key. Went to auto parts store next to Walmart and was in and out in five minutes.

Came in at 10:10. Unexpectedly a friend with recently diagnosed brain cancer called me. Made my shopping slower than expected, but none the less I was checked out and walking out the door by 11:01. 60 seconds after closing. I'm never here this late but the cashier and bagger were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, on my way to the register, the heavy set brunette manager locked eyes with me. I smiled and then she shook her head in a way of disapproval and looked away... Not everyone is here late on purpose, and I know me receiving that call wasn't walmarts fault, but I was out the door 60 seconds after closing. Be more demure next time lady.

Today, 08/05/2024, was at Walmart in Anthem, AZ. We needed a new car battery. The technician, Mike, was very helpful, polite, courteous and quick to help us get a new battery at a reasonable price. Mike quickly removed the old battery and put in the new one with a friendly smile. Thanks!!

I love this store,we needed it in this area.Use to have to drive into phoenix,added over an hour to my travel,plus the clientele is better.Everyone works hard,and smiles.The prices for this area are higher,but worth it. The discount pastries are too high,let's really make it a discount and lower those pies.The store is always stocked,clean and organized.Even though I no longer drive for Walmart,still feel like these people are my real family.I go there as often as I can.Thanks to all of you for doing your best.You make my life easier and make my day!
