So I was having a very rough time getting a tow truck driver to get my car moved and I called these guys they had a decent deal on a trailer I show up very nice people joking around making sure the trailer was ready to go out checked everything I mean double check even so we get the car to my house where are we attempt to unload it and unhook the trucks for blocking the driveways and the street we use the hoist and the handle snaps off almost immediately and so we are stuck there had to have some neighbors help me get the trailer out of the street and they just put it pretty much out front my buddy had to go to work so I didn't have a truck and I was stranded for the most part to get my car off the trailer because it was broken of course I was figuring that they were going to throw a theater charge me yesterday's even though I did have an extra day but I couldn't really do anything and help me get it where I needed to go they were very nice and cordial and didn't rush they made sure that we were safe and that my car got off the ramp safely without causing damage to me or my property or anyone else so great job guys good ethics I really appreciate it, it the car was taken care of and I was taking care of so I really do appreciate it they charged me one day even though I had it for 2 days and I think they understood that obviously it wasn't my fault I couldn't do anything about it but they actually sent guys and they worked at my house to help me get this off so I really appreciate it I'll definitely be going back there you wouldn't know it was there if unless you were looking for it so it's kind of hidden but I hope you guys get a chance to check it out if you need a rental go to Wally's they're great people and they treat you like family and they really do care about doing the right thing that's not typical for these days so it's great to have

I had a clogged sink drain past the trap and my 6ft snake wasn't long enough to reach it. I gave Liquid Plumber a shot but it still had standing water even after an hour after use. I came to Wally's on a Sunday to rent a 35ft electric snake and as the gentleman was about to put it in my vehicle I got a call from home telling me the clog finally cleared so I no longer needed the snake. The gentleman understood and was very nice, courteous, and professional as he put away the equipment and cancelled my rental contract and refunding everything. I definitely will come back for any future rental needs.

My mother rents from this company every year and this HALLOWEEN 2021 when we once again rented a Cotton candy machine and unfortunately this one didn't work. We do this so the kids in our neighborhood can get some fluffy goodness and when it didn't work we were very sad but we figured we got a bad machine. So when we called the owner stated that
"it was because of the moisture in the air"
So BE AWARE DUE TO MOISTURE IN THE AIR FROM OCTOBER-JANUARY ITS NOT A GOOD TIME TO RENT.
( be advised we do this every year 😑and this year was the only problem and it didn't even rain until way after Halloween was over that night)⚠️ he would NOT offer any kind of compensation OR DISCOUNT FOR NEXT YEAR !!⚠️SO WE WILL BE RENTING ELSE WERE . EVEN THOUGH WE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THIS FALL ON OTHER ITEMS AS WELL AS THIS ONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the owner.

We have 2 cartons of sugar and 100 cones FOR NO REASON. Thanks a lot ! Next time you should offer something when your machine doesn't work.

Customer service is friendly and helpful. The staff recommended rental chairs that were said to be the most comfortable, even though the rental price was cheaper than the ones I was considering. Pickup and drop off was easy. The prices were comparable to other nearby rental companies. The quality of the items I rented were good - chaffers, tables, chairs and tablecloths.

Had to come back twice because they forgot to give me the caps to the heaters. We rented two heaters and both were not maintained, and one did not work at all. They had to deliver another heater. The tables were OK, I still had to put napkins under the stands to keep them level. If you are a new renter make sure you do not leave until they check off the equipment and they show you how it works. Or better yet go some place else. We will not rent again from Wally's.

I rent tables every year from the Pittsburg store and will continue to do so until the event I put on ends. The customer service I get is fantastic. Plus, knowing the guys working there have great senses of humor is a major plus.
