Truck driver here. Early checking appointment set for 4 pm was able to get a door at 10 am. 2hrs to load.

When you're on Marlay, turn right on Pacific and get back on industry. Head back towards Marlay. Facility entrance will be on your left. Back into the facility to make it easier to dock (unless you like blindsiding or tight u turns). Check in at door 21

The ford Clift guy is so nice and check person was nice

Good customer service that's why a give it 3 stars..0 stars for: backing into docks is at blind side very tight or not enough space to turn around..very tight space to back into docks..takes a little to long to get loaded..at least that's my experience..for some reason others drivers get loaded faster.

Slow and rude staff. Waited in the office 45 minutes for paperwork and then get told to wait in the truck and they will call when it’s ready. Love that they don’t have a bathroom for drivers!

The shipping guy is rude. He should be supervised by upper management. He acts like he is the owner there., bad for this business. Truckers don’t be intimidated by this guy. I hope upper mngt sees this and talks to him. Used to be a good Co for shipping at least.
