I can’t say enough about how amazing Vows and Views was for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. From start to finish, they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Collette was a dream to work with—she took all of my visions, brought them to life, and then somehow made them even better than I ever imagined.

Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for what she does truly shone through in every aspect of the event. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt like royalty, and it showed in how smoothly everything ran and how stunning every detail was.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful everything looked, and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all came together. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile to make your big day magical, Collette and her team at Vows and Views are absolutely the way to go.

She was patient with me and made sure to go over EVERY SINGLE DETAIL with me, which was great because I was absolutely clueless on how to even begin to plan a wedding. Collette and her team are incredible! We hired Vows and Views for the month of coordination services and decor services for our wedding at the Estate on the Halifax. This was the best wedding decision because she brought so much value to our wedding and made the planning process seamless. I greatly appreciated how much help and support Collette offered before the wedding through meetings and email. I also appreciated how caring and organized she was, on our wedding day she would check in with me to make sure I was doing okay! And would help remind of the the timeline and adjust if needed. Collette and her team are so incredibly hardworking and organized. Her team also prepared our floral arrangements, candle decor, and drapes for the wedding and everything was stunning! Our wedding day was perfect and I strongly believe it is because we hired Vows and Views.

If you’re a bride, please do yourself a favor and spend more on a coordinator. You truly get what you pay for with Collette. My now husband and I are extremely flexible people and kept brushing off her attitude and lack of professionalism. It wasn’t until our pastor spoke up and told us he wanted to put in a complaint that we truly realized how bad it was. After the wedding I spoke with other vendors who all shared the same disproval of her. On our wedding day our guests did not know where to find the shuttle bus after she ensured me the hotel would inform the guests (the hotel had no clue) so we started 30 minutes late and had to miss cocktail hour. She was supposed to use decor from Granville farms and didn’t put out any of it. We wanted an unplugged ceremony, never announced. We had to bring in our own dinnerware and decor to the venue as well as alcohol, Collette and her assistant didn’t carry one box. I wanted fans opened and on the chairs, she didn’t do it as she stated they would blow away to my bridesmaids but never told me. She also put out some in the wrong color. They were extremely slow with setting up tables as both her and her assistant were on the older side and me and my bridesmaids did the majority of it. I had sandals for guests and the most common size, 8, were not put out. The absolute WORST was there was NO WATER in our guests glasses and she was dismissive. She didn’t even have water for the bride and groom. I had to request for her to fill our glasses as she wanted us to get up from dinner to serve ourselves water. I also purchased sparkling water special for my father and step mom and asked for her to put them on their table and they never did. These were the people who PAID for her service. I thought this was a small ask. I’m also celiac and my dinner came with all of the gluten items and i had to send it back (this is both on her and my food vendor) but was super uncomfortable. Last, i asked for a clear drink and if they couldn’t make it to please have a white wine and she gave me RED dirty Shirley’s. Unfortunately I know there was more but I wanted to take time following my wedding to write this review as I was not ready to become upset and wanted to stay on a high and have since forgotten.

Collette was a blessing for sure. She kept the wedding and reception running like clockwork. She took on all of the big and little things that I did not have to worry about in my daughter’s big day. Very professional and she knows exactly what to do!! I HIGHLY recommend her and her company.

Collette and her team did an amazing job with us! We sought them out with a month left before the wedding and so much left to get completed; we felt a bit overwhelmed. Collette took the reins and did an amazing job with helping us complete decorations, by letting us use decorations she had for weddings, and by keeping in touch with all our vendors and planning a day of schedule. She did so well with planning out the rest of what we needed and helping out with the decor that the weeks leading up to the wedding were stress free and pleasant!

The day of the wedding was amazing! She absolutely understood my vision for the decor in the chapel and at the reception and completely went above and beyond what I expected! It really was the dream I had for my wedding day and more! She kept everyone on track and made sure we stuck to the schedule while making accommodations when needed. She made sure that everything made it to its proper place and was just the best fit! Thank you so much Collette and your team for everything you did for us! Our wedding would not have been as beautiful and organized without your help!

Stop your search for a perfect wedding planner right now, because you just found them (and you should probably book them immediately)! Its so hard to put into words everything that makes the Vows and Views team SO amazing. Collette is extremely easy to work with, has attention to detail, professional, timely and most important she is organized so you don’t stress about a thing. We hired her a year out and she made sure we stayed on schedule and reminded us of things that we wouldn’t have thought of. She is quick to return your emails/ messages or phone calls; regardless of how petty it may be. Six months away from our wedding date and our caterer backed out, Collette was to our rescue, thank goodness!! Ultimately, Vows & Views team is really just super fun and all around amazing. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with our big day, it was perfect and there is nothing we would have changed! We have been told, by our fabulous guests, that this was the most elegant, inviting and best wedding they have ever attended; which melts our hearts and couldn’t have been done without Collette’s help of her ideas, recommendations and organization skills! We highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or any event and can absolutely guarantee you it will be the ****BEST**** investment you make!!
