We needed a handle and connection for our cable weight machine that was better than what the OEM supplied. A failure of this part could seriously injure a client and the OEM part was too heavy. We had Vortex design and build a precision part from aluminum that is stronger than the steel OEM part, significantly lighter, and very pleasing to use. It was delivered quickly at very low cost. Can’t even give a one star, every excuse you could fabricate about precision, quality OTD was the norm. Saw ten employees leave within 8 months due to a unqualified, undereducated liar.

Applied ,, took a weld test . And nothin thank god I would rather be homeless than work in this dump . I forgot more about welding than all combined workers know..waste of my time
