Pretty frustrated with the drive up pick up. Called and gave them my space number and code for pickup. Me and my 4 year old waited almost 30 minutes, and saw 5 different orders come out, 2 after we were already there, before calling again to see why it was taking so long. Only for them to ask for the space number and code again. Thought I was saving time doing the drive up pick up, but was the complete opposite.

This store is a beautiful example of a clean, modern market! We were travelling through Atascadero in the evening and stopped to get some snacks for the road. We found some great young people hard at work. The young man at the register was a fine employee. Blessings to all. I recommend this store without reservation!

The cashier Alex on Tuesday October 15th at around between 10pm and 10:30pm when I came to his check out line was talking to his co worker while checking me out, he didn’t even greet me just continued to talk to his co worker. Not cool I don’t like to complain but I feel customers should be greeted.

Staff is always rude. Today I tried telling a staff member the digital coupon was not working for an item. They asked for my phone, after I showed him that the scanner feature could not find the item. He then starts looking through the database, so I ask for my phone back. He then applies a different coupon and says “the deals are there, you just have to look for them.” I explain that he selected a completely different item from a different brand. I also explain that the scanner couldn’t find the item, that’s why he couldn’t find the product in the database. He states “I don’t use the scanner” and walks away.

On my way out with out with a super heavy cart, an older woman employee with dark hair and glasses is walking into the store, on her phone, I’m walking out on the right side, she looks up, eyes glazed like she has been using drugs, and walks right at me. I have a heavy cart and am walking on the right side and this employee walks right at me and makes me swerve out of the way.

Y’all have the rudest staff of any Vons I’ve been to statewide.

My husband ordered my birthday cake at the bakery there. It came out beautifully and was an amazing price. My cousin thought we went to a bougie bakery and spent a lot of money. Thank you guys so much for making my day that much better.

This location is always well-stocked with a wide variety of options. I feel that their prices are a little high for weekly shopping, however, I like to come here about once a month to buy some new products to try. They are busy but the cashiers are very fast-paced.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the store. My boyfriend and I were accused of stealing without any evidence being shown to us. the supervisor took us to the service center of the store to check out which we had no issue with because we were going to pay for it. The supervisor who accused us of this lied as well saying that there wasn’t anybody higher up than him that we could talk to, even though there was. I have family and friends who work here not gonna risk their jobs over a sandwich so I had my family members who were currently working at that moment when I was there with the issue come with me to speak to the higher up About the issue he said he would talk to the supervisor and that was about it. The staff did not ask to search us, nor did they ask us to leave the premises. Despite this, we were still accused of theft. To make matters worse, they did not mention anything about us having to stop shopping there. which obviously means in my eyes, they didn’t have any proof so they couldn’t ban us. This felt like clear profiling and discrimination. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, and it has left a very negative impression on us. We hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. We’ve also contacted corporate about the certain supervisor who will update us on the investigation.

I would give it a 5, but me and my mom and I always shop in there, and it's freezing ?.!! Like even when it's hot outside I rather it be hot cuz I hate the cold. but please do something
