QUALITY AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE
I ordered a sofa and love seat in mid October and promised delivery before Christmas, as all my family will be visiting here. Unfortunately and not the fault of Leather Gallery, my sofas will not arrive until early January. Management had no idea that that factory that would assemble my sofas, coming from Norway, would be heavily damaged during this past hurricane season in North Carolina. Leather Gallery has been on top of my order, but has no control over the delay.
The kindness of the management has loaned me 2 sofas until mine arrive. A little disappointed, but the loaners are of the quality of the sofas I ordered.

The comfort of the furniture slowly goes away. Had a console lid that was crooked, and didn’t stay open. Took an entire year to get the new one.
None of the other problems were ever solved.
The service center folks were great. They sent a gentleman out 4 times, each time the wrong part.
Come to find out the service center itself has absolutely no parts for repair. They have to order everything they need. 2-3 months to get the parts in. Always check several places out before you buy. Again, the folks at the service center were great, just couldn’t get any parts. Beware.

First, sales staff was great. No high pressure. Gave me a catalog to review, when I went back a month later, remembered me. Furniture only took two weeks to arrive (leather Flexsteel) and the delivery team was even more incredible. Unboxed in front of us, inspected and invited us to inspect with them, assembled, made sure it was where we wanted it and then showed controls. While I doubt we'll ever have to buy another sofa - can't recommend this firm/staff more highly.

Wow what was delivered yesterday and what I sat on in the store are nothing alike. Bought the flex steel and have sat on bus seats more comfortable. Of course they have no return policy so I will sell the asap at a discount!!

I had bought the extended care package for my couch and love seat recliners that were supposed to be 100% real leather, but are really bonded leather. I called to have them repair were the seating area has the "leather" has rubbed off. Now, they want to charge $90 just for the service call which had not been stated when I purchased the insurance for $189. Beware!

Maintenance service is absolutely horrible. Within a month of getting my recliner it started having problems. Took a month to get someone out to look at it. They said the cushion needed replacing. 3 months later no cushion and now I get no return phone calls. I LOVE the chair and it cost a fortune but is useless and I doubt it will ever be repaired.

Terrible experience! Paid upfront for a leather sofa loveseat. Shortly after the transaction our house purchase was cancelled, when we attempted to cancel our purchase and receive a credit BEFORE WE TOOK DELIVERY they refused claiming all purchases were final. The furniture at the time had never left their warehouse. We live in Minnesota so we had no place for the furniture. We ended up giving the furniture away. Terrible people to deal with, terrible business practice! Terrible owner Bruce Wine made statements based on a fictious opinion that was very derogatory towards my wife and I. Now 7 months later we have purchased a new house in the villages and zero furniture will be purchased at Leather Gallery and Bedding.

You did nothing to help me with my issues your only communication was to harass me to take delivery and refuse credit. I finally found someone to take it off my hands. You lied in your response to my review like you lied to my credit card company. This was not a discontinued set.
You had advertised it several times as a special buy in the villages news paper. In fact the sales lady had indicated "we better hurry and purchase, only eight sets left." Your pathetic. You could have simply sold this to someone else. Oh wait a minute, that would require a customer.
