Mike and Video Vault Productions is absolutely great! She can take those old memories restore them as new. He recovered footage various films transfer theCDs which I never thought I would see these memories ever again. Timely work, very nice and efficient! I like to support local businesses but I was disappointed. I dropped off my tapes ( then my jaw when I heard price) but anyway i was having family together to watch old memories. i was told to give them a week then they'll call well a week in half went by and nothing so i called they said they hadn't started them yet and it'll be a week. ( i told them what was told to me ) and just like that they had them ready next morning) good right? So they called my husband Fri morning to tell him they were ready problem though she was rude and said they will be closing at 3. Well people work and can’t get there then so then rushing did me no good .not sure how good they did cause haven't watched any. Update!!They were terrible such a waste of money! And they say discount 😲 so without discount it would’ve been over600$ such a rip off.

Years ago I had family photos ( I got from all the family ) had a fun slide show made on 15 DVDs for X-Mas presants.With our favorite music added to them.Everyone loved them. Now I had 15 cassette tapes of home movies made.All done at a very great rate.

Had dvds of old home movies copied. One of dvds had deep scratch.they successfully fixed it. Pictures came out great. Decent prices too! Would highly recommend.

They were able to transfer a cassette tape to a CD for me. The recording is of me and my mother in 1975 on my 2nd birthday. She passed away in December 2018. Now i can still hear her voice

Hours of operations I think is more of a suggestion to them. Website shows 6:00 p.m. for Mondays Google shows 6:00 p.m. for Mondays the door as you pull up says 6:15 for Mondays. However I pull up on a Monday at 5:27 doors are locked. Makes the 30-minute one-way trip kind of a waste of time now I have to make another trip to pick up my order. Frustrating
