I am giving my boat to my son in California May 1 but have had it stored and serviced at Viage Naples for the past four years.
They have been very reliable, efficient, professional in every aspect.We are new to boating and they were helpful with every question and gave accurate guidance whenever we needed it.It is a safe and secure location with easy access to Naples Bay and the Gulf.
The mechanical and detail services we obtained from staff were excellent and fairly priced.To Eli , Mac and all at the Viage team Thankyou very much for taking such good care of our boat , family and friends over these years !

This is my second review of Viage Group Naples. I really wish I could give 6 stars to this boat dealership. Not only was my buying experience exceptional, the follow up service was above and beyond. I had an issue with one of the components on the used Pathfinder I bought In April. Instead of telling me to pound sand, Max took care of the issue in a prompt manner. And I live in the Keys!! I highly recommend Viage Group Naples for their sales and service. I would only buy my next boat from them. Thank you again Max.

We wanted to buy a new boat, so we ventured into the complex and confusing marine market where every boat manufacturer says they are the best and every dealer says they provide the best service after the sale. We researched boats and dealerships to the point of exhaustion and decided to buy a 350 Realm from Marine Max Naples. We put a deposit down on the boat and as we waited for Marine Max to find a Realm for sea trial we started to realize the experience wasn’t what we imagined for a purchase of that size. Not wanting to demean anyone, let me say our enthusiasm for the boat started to wane and the sea trial did not meet our expectations. Meanwhile, we had two friends who each bought new boats from Viage. One owned a Scout and one a Beneteau. Both were extremely happy with their boats and over the moon with their Viage experience. The evening before we were to purchase the Whaler, one of those friends asked if I’d let Alex Wilkes of Viage show me a 380 Scout and experience the boat on the Gulf of Mexico. I said yes very reluctantly. The next afternoon, after the Whaler sea trial, we met Alex and one of his customers on a Scout the customer recently purchased. The customer’s experience in researching boats, dealers, engines, etc was exactly the same as ours. Simply exhausting. He said once he drove the 380 Scout he had clarity on the perfect boat and Viage was simply the best concierge boat dealer in the US. Exciting, right? Then he started the quad Mercs, drove away from the marina and I too found the religion of the Scout 380LXF. I smiled so hard during the ride my face hurt. We immediately started the buying process with Alex which took 10 minutes. In the interest of time I won’t go into great detail about Viage other than to say it is true, they are an amazing, concierge-like dealer. Alex Wilkes is so very knowledgeable about his product and boating in SWFL, but most importantly integrity drips off him. When making a large leisure purchase, perhaps dealer integrity is most important. I’ll wrap this up by saying if you are in SWFL and in the market for a boat, put Alex, Viage and Scout on your must-do list.
