It was my go-to store a couple of years ago. I'm on a family plan with my grandmother. I went in there with issues with my old phone, they said they could replace it for free. I thought it was kind of weird considering my phone was already a year or so old at that point, but they were insistent that the new version would be 100% free because they were having a promotion. Well, fast forward 2 years down the line, and my grandma tells me she's been paying for the phone the entire time. They were very insistent at the Verizon store that I got that phone for free. Obviously I won't go back but I wanted to warn others about my experience. I worked with multiple employees on this deal so it wasn't just one of them.

The absolute best experience! Switched from AT&T after 20+ years & not only we are saving over $100 a month on our services but we got such exceptional customer service. The representative that helped us was Paola and she was absolutely delightful.
I recommend this store 10/10. Everyone is helpful and makes sure you are well taken care of.

Absolutely LOATHE this location now. Went to upgrade my BUSINESS phone... got my place in line, stood outside the door so I didn't annoy anyone with my video watching and I got skipped over multiple times. I had no text, or call from them letting me know it was my turn.. heaven forbid they open the door just to inform me they were read for me. I'm so over Verizon. Maybe ATT has better service.

When I went in to get a sim card they deleted my cloud acct even I had confirmation they weren't. This time I went in to talk about the degrading service I am getting and the store rep just wanted to sell me a new phone and says their nothing wrong with my phone like

update 8/26 yet another bad experience went to just get a new sims card since getting a new used s21 after 1hr of checking my id and sending artorations through their app to my other phone they take the phone over to the other counter so i can not see them work on the phone then they handed back to me and said they put a sims card in and give it 10 mins at this point i had a appointment i was running late for after waiting the phone still did not work when i went to remove to sim card and reinsert it i found it was still my old sim card ok maybe they made a honest mistake when confronted about it they lied and tried to reassure me it was a new sim but can clearly see it has been in multiple phones since it has a criss cross pattern and not having the new logo on it. after another 10 mins good thing they still had the account pulled up they got me a new sim card and the phone worked great. then after ageing to some new terms for voice mail they phone would not register back on the network. well go back in and the new employed kayla was very rude and and said they don't work on phones all the sudden now and i have to call tech support and all they do their is sell new phones but she could barely operate the tablet and had to constantly ask for help. well after another 20mins the guy that lied to me and was helping kayla got it too work! avoid this store at all cost

11-11-24 update still a one star well one guy I'll give 1 more to him but overall a bad experience went in to get a solution for my grandparents land line since it just got disconnected when I asked about keeping the same phone number I was instructed to get the land line service back before I switched so by the third vist I was finally told I need account number and transfer pin why was I not told this on the fist visit and got the run around, and also I was one of two customers in the store at the time when I went

Went in on a Tuesday 3/26/24. Told them I needed to replaced a lost phone. I had an unusual model that this store ordered for me seven months ago (galaxy XCover6). Told the guy what model I had, he immediately, without looking anything up, said it would be impossible for him to order it, no explanation why. Employee looked up my number, told me I had no protection or insurance. I would have to buy a new phone, and they were closing in 25 minutes. Strange, because I had purchased protection/insurance, so I assumed it must have expired or something. I left and came back the next day 3/27/24. A different employee was there, he said he works in Folsom usually, but looked up my account and immediately noted that I had Asurion protection/insurance and could file a claim to get my phone replaced. Glad that he gave me that information, but had I listened to that totally incompetent employee the day before, I would have been out hundreds of dollars for no reason. Fire that guy!
