Great service and excellent communication. VPS handled a notice service requirement almost immediately. They expedited the service and kept us informed throughout the process. The office even assist with a clerical error we created by a duplicate payment attempt. I am sorry for creating extra work for you. Highly recommend and will certainly be the office I call for any additional service requirements in the Capital region.

I have worked in the legal field for over 19 years. Personal service is almost never easy and adding out-of-state service as a factor complicates everything even more. I work in California and needed a personal service in Florida. Vause's Process Services was available, responsive and got the job done the same day! The rush fee (especially for a serve from California) is extremely reasonable! I cannot say enough how easy it was to get these documents served!

Well, I have to say I am extremely annoyed at the negative comments in these reviews. I (and my firm) having been doing business with Vause's Process Service for over 20 years. We have never experienced any arrogance and NEVER EVER racism. If you are not satisfied, then don't use them. But no need to make false statements about the company. These guys bend over backwards. If there was ever a situation with rudeness it was probably because the client was way out of hand or being rude themselves. Thank you Vause's for 20 plus years of excellence and professional service. And keep on dong what you do best. PROCESS SERVING. Oh and GO NOLES!!!!!!!!

The firm of Williams Gautier has been using Vause's Process Service for several years. Their level of professionalism and knowledge exceeds all other process serving firms I have dealt with outside of the State of Florida. The firm forwards a large volume of documents to Vause's Process Service on a daily basis for service of process in the State of Florida, but the level of service is always timely and accurate.
