DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolute worst customer experience. We are supposed to get gas installed in our home today before single digit weather comes tonight and they cancelled last minute. Now, we are left scrambling to try and find someone to install gas so that our pipes do not freeze.

The only reason I am leaving one star is because I ca not leave zero stars. To start with Vaughn gas simply refused to put gas in our tank, on three separate occasions. The first was because there was galvanized pipe in our system, ok I understand that. Upon the second return trip they decided they didn't like how the contractors did any of the system and said it had to be redone. Once everything was redone according to their specifications, they refused to come out and said they didn't like the situation. Let me tell you what I don't like. I don't like that we have been without gas for at least three weeks due to Vaughn Gas not explaining what all needed corrected on the first trip. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. That is all.

I have never really had bad service with them. But the first tank they brought had a leak and they didn’t come out immediately to check and replace it kinda like they didn’t care . The tank had pin hole rusted through. Also here lately like another reviewer said they tell you one price and charge you another and they always seem to be priced higher than everyone else, These are the reasons I’ll be switching companies soon.

Beware that the price quoted for pre-pay is misleading. They will ad 5.95 per 100 gallons for some kind of "fee" and tax. What should have been 2.19 per gallon as quoted ends up being $2.40 per gallon. That should be made clear on the pre-pay form.
