Worked in the deburr department and it's very repetitive in the same position for 12 hours a day..... constantly using an orbital sander has nerve damaged my left hand

When they change the upper management the company getting worse.. especially in shipping department.. when they hired the new supervisor he changed everything and everybody getting confusing and getting worse the work flow of the production line. He hired his friend as acting lead but his not doing he’s job.he always on his.cellphone and always going somewhere else and coming back 2-3hrs later.. waste of money to hired this 2 person and doing nothing. Only there concern is there pay check $$$$…
