This is the only review you will need. Anyone doing a trailer swap it's 24/7, walk into the sad and lonely shipping office and get your paperwork any time. EVERYONE ELSE- expect a long wait 85% of the time. I'm parked next to a driver who has been here 5+ hours and counting. Bring food and water to survive because you will need it!

DO NOT come here if you have a reefer. Regardless of what the broker or dispatcher says. They will not load you. Reasoning is, reefers are to heavy and coils won't fit. 3 stars because they were nice about it but also I can't get loaded. Seems fair.

PGT OR TMC. Thats all this company cares about. Loading preloads. What the hell is the point of making carriers set appointments. When y’all have know intention on honoring it. Been here since 9:30am it’s now 1:00pm. Haven’t even been backed into a dock yet. Two hours late for my scheduled appointment time. I couldn’t remember why I hated coming here. It’s slow as ice melting in sub zero temps. Horrible run facility drivers keep rolling.

Picked up my preloaded trailer at 2300 with no issues. Parked on the street. Walked into shipping and found my paperwork and then found my trailer conveniently located for me. Bonus, they have a Porta potty.

Wowzers where to start ..... I drive a dry van but noticed this place deals with many flat beds ..... As soon as i got there i was put into a dock ..... Then everything started to domino just like the reviews stated ..... Took about 5 hours to load ..... I was super heavy in the rear plus it was a California load .....GOOD THING THEY HAVE A SCALE ON SIGHT ! The workers there seemed to be inbred hillbillies who have no knowledge on how to load a truck properly ! After broker & customer called them they did fix the load & even took some pallets off ...... PLEASE BECAREFUL when picking up loads here & yeah bring breakfast, lunch, dinner & some aspirin for the HEADACHE !

Appointment at 9:00 arrived at 8:45am. Received door right away. Checked in and out in 1 hour. Was worried about the negative reviews but that was not the case for me. Make sure to park on street before checking in. Shipping and receiving inside gate right next to docks. They’ll tell you to pull up on scale, wait for green light, swing around to office, they give you door, dock and wait for green light, they’ll tell you to scale again and give you paperwork inside shipping and receiving.
