Brandon or whatever his name is, is absolutely horrible to deal with. I have never had to deal with somebody so despicable and immature. Tried to get a payment problem resolved and he started to yell extremely loud & would hang up. Do not recommend talking to him, instead talk to the office manager, Heidi. She is professional and works with you.

Extremely rude over the phone when trying to understand my bill. My bill reflects a different amount than the online bill. He would not explain nor would he give me the time to figure out the breakdown of the penalties. Hung up on me twice!
